LiveFiles is an online storage service and as such provides the facility for you to upload and store text files, documents, images, videos and other digital content. We have strict internal procedures and systems in place to ensure that DBS staff and others cannot access or view this digital content. We will never disclose this content to any third party unless in receipt of a valid court order requiring us to do so.
Use of cookies
LiveFiles uses cookies for various reasons, for example, cookies enable us to track information during the domain name registration and package sign-up process. These cookies do not track individual information. Cookies from LiveFiles can only be read by LiveFiles. If you choose to disable cookies in your browser, you will not be able to carry out a transaction with DBS.

The circumstances under which DBS will disclose such electronic customer communications are when:

- it is required to cooperate with dispute policies, court orders, warrants, or other legal processes that DBS determines in its sole discretion to be valid and enforceable
- it is necessary to provide to a law enforcement agency when the contents are inadvertently obtained by DBS and appear to pertain to the commission of a crime.
DBS disclaims any intention to censor, edit or engage in ongoing review or surveillance of communications stored on or transmitted through its facilities by customers or others. DBS will, however, review, delete or block access to communications that may harm DBS, LiveFiles, its customers or third parties or otherwise infringe the rights of third parties. The grounds on which DBS may take such action include, but are not limited to, actual or potential violations of DBS' Acceptable Use Policy.
