Your right to privacy is very important. DBS recognise that when you choose to provide us with information about yourself, you trust us to act in a responsible manner. We believe this information should only be used to help us provide you with a better service. That's why we have put a policy in place to protect your personal information. Below is a summary of our policy.
By submitting personal data manually or in electronic form to this web site, or by using this site, you give your consent that all personal data you submit may be processed in the manner and for the purposes described below.
What personal information do we collect?
When making a purchase with DBS, we will collect your contact information, which includes name, address, email address and phone number, as well as payment information. When you become a DBS customer you automatically subscribe to electronic newsletter and special offer promotions.
This site uses Google analytics service. Google does not collect personally identifiable information that you do not voluntarily enter in this website. Google does not track your browsing habits across web sites which do not use Google services.
We use this information collected by the Google service to enhance the user experience.
Protecting your privacy
We will take appropriate steps to protect your privacy. Whenever you provide sensitive information (for example, a credit card number to make a purchase), this will be done by PayPal and subject to their terms and conditions. We will also take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information in storage. Credit card numbers are used only by PayPal for payment processing and are not retained for marketing or any other purposes.
DBS may provide links to third party sites. Since we do not control those websites, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third party sites.

Information Disclosure Policy
Personal and account information
DBS will not otherwise disclose its customers' personal and account information unless DBS has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of DBS, DBS' customers, or others, or where DBS has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.
DBS also will not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that LiveLives stores or transmits for its customers. The circumstances under which DBS will disclose such electronic customer communications are when:
- it is necessary in order to provide service to the customer;
- it is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of DBS and its customers;
- it is required to cooperate with dispute policies, court orders, warrants, or other legal processes that DBS determines in its sole discretion to be valid and enforceable
- it is necessary to provide to a law enforcement agency when the contents are inadvertently obtained by DBS and appear to pertain to the commission of a crime.
DBS disclaims any intention to censor, edit or engage in ongoing review or surveillance of communications stored on or transmitted through its facilities by customers or others. DBS will, however, review, delete or block access to communications that may harm DBS, LiveFiles, its customers or third parties or otherwise infringe the rights of third parties. The grounds on which DBS may take such action include, but are not limited to, actual or potential violations of DBS' Acceptable Use Policy.
